Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

2. Pack Your Items – Securely package your items in the original packaging.
3. Ship It Back – Send your return using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order at fascinatingjewel.com.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs fees for returns, which are not refundable.
